C’est une histoire rocambolesque de viols répétitifs sur une fille de 13 ans qui s’est déroulée à la Cité Namora.
En effet, Ndiambé Dione (33 ans,Tamsir Mbengue (27 ans, foot-balleur) et Cheikh Malick Bèye (23 ans, artiste rappeur), sont depuis le 27 novembre 2023 en garde à vue au poste de gendarmerie de Tivaouane Peulh pour viols sur mineure âgée de 13 ans suivis de grossesse.
Selon la victime, T. Guèye, âgée seulement de 13 ans, elle a fait connaissance avec Ndiambé Dione l'année dernière et a eu une seule fois une relation sexuelle avec lui. Ensuite, Ndiambé Dione lui a présenté son ami Tamsir Mbengue.
Ce dernier l'a amené chez lui et a couché avec elle à plusieurs reprises pendant toute la nuit.
C'est le lendemain matin que Tamsir Mbengue a appelé lui aussi un de ses amis du nom de Cheikh Malick Bèye qui a couché avec la fille âgée de 13 ans.
Quelques semaines plus tard T.Guèye a eu un malaise. Evacuée à la clinique par sa mère avec qui elle vit, cette dernière a été informée que T. Guèye est enceinte de 11 semaines. Pressée de question, T.Guèye a tout raconté à sa mère avant l'entrée en scène des gendarmes.
