La fédération sénégalaise de football (FSF) pris en violation du code des marchés publics sur des marchés publics sur la réhabilitation du stade Demba Diop pour un coût de 7 milliards FCFA financé par la Fifa.
L'Autorité de régulation des marchés publics (Armp) découvre une violation totale des marchés et annule la procédure de passation des lots 2 et 5 du projet de réhabilitation du marché. Ce suite aux 3 recours introduits par le Groupe Speedo Europe Affaires, Tokossel Groupe Sa et Contechs Surls.
En effet, selon Libération souligne:Comment la FSF ose affirmé que l'attributaire provisoire à pris soin de "cacher" son véritable identité au moment de soumissionner? Elle a aussi écarté Gsea et contech en évoquant "l'absence" de documents pourtant fournis.
