Trois membres du staff de Patrick – Osian Roberts, Kristian Wilson et Saïd Aïgoun – ont également quitté le club. Patrick a tout donné à Crystal Palace, et nous le remercions tous, lui et son équipe, pour leur service», lit-on dans le communiqué publié par le club.
Arrivé en juillet 2021 sur le banc des Eagles, l’ancien entraîneur de Nice aura dirigé 74 matchs à la tête du club anglais (22 victoires, 24 nuls, 28 défaites).
