Dès le 12 novembre prochain, la Justice sénégalaise va se pencher sur l'affaire de la mort de Mohamed Taya Diop dans laquelle sont cités six policiers.
En mars dernier, Mohamed Taya Diop a perdu la vie dans des circonstances tragiques. Aujourd’hui, sept mois après sa mort, l’heure de vérité semble avoir sonné. En effet, les six policiers qui avaient été cités, seront devant le tribunal de grande instance de Pikine le 12 novembre prochain. Une nouvelle qui réjouit la famille de la victime.
«Nous sommes très optimistes et nous avons l’espoir, avec le slogan Jub Jubeul Jubanti, qu’enfin le droit sera dit le 12 novembre, date de l’audience à laquelle nous sommes convoqués», a réagi Amdy Moustapha Ngom, tuteur du défunt. Il appelle tous les épris de paix et de justice et les défenseurs des droits humains «à venir assister à ce procès pour amener la Justice à se prononcer sur la mort de Mohamed Taya».
