Fisc : la DGID réclame 4,2 milliards F CFA à un grand groupe pharmaceutique

La Direction générale des impôts et domaines (DGID) et Novartis se retrouvent devant le tribunal, ce lundi 3 juin. Au terme d’un contrôle, l’administration fiscale a saisi le groupe pharmaceutique, le 27 mars dernier, pour lui réclamer 4 milliards 210 millions 574 mille 481 francs CFA. «Rien que pour la TVA, le Fisc demande 1 milliard 899 millions 266 mille 349», souligne Libération, qui évoque le contentieux dans son édition du jour. Novartis, qui conteste l’estimation de la DGID, a saisi la justice en ce sens. L’affaire sera examinée par le tribunal ce lundi.
