Victime d’une attaque et d’un pillage le 15 mai dernier, Auchan/Pikine a pris la décision d’envoyer ses employés au chômage technique. A travers une note d’information dont copie nous est parvenue, le supermarché a informé ses collaborateurs.
»Si nous avons résisté à la pandémie du Covid en 2020, survécu aux émeutes de mars 2021, nous avons encore été impactés dernièrement par la situation sociopolitique. En effet, le 15 mai dernier, le magasin d’Auchan/Pikine a été pillé; laissant nos collaborateurs d’Auchan/Pikine sans lieu, ni outil de travail. Au vu de la situation d’arrêt collectif et momentané de travail, la direction générale a décidé de les mettre en chômage technique, conformément aux dispositions de l’article L65 du Code du travail’’, lit-on dans la note d’information.
Selon la direction d’Auchan, cette mesure, qui s’applique à l’ensemble du personnel de la structure à Pikine (au nombre de 22 collaborateurs) sans aucune exception, prendra effet le 1er juin 2023 pour une durée de trois mois (juin, juillet, août), moyennant une indemnité mensuelle volontairement allouée et déterminée par l’entreprise.
