L'intersyndicale a appelé à une nouvelle journée de grève contre la réforme des retraites ce jeudi 23 mars, malgré son adoption par 49.3. 3,5 millions de personnes ont manifesté en France selon la CGT et 1,08 million d'après le ministère de l'Intérieur. Des tensions ont eu lieu à Paris, Rennes, Lyon... Le trafic est très perturbé à la SNCF et la RATP. Les pénuries d'essence sont en hausse, notamment dans l'Ouest et le Sud-Est.
Le ministre de l'Intérieur, Gérald Darmanin a fait état vendredi de "457 interpellations" et de "441 policiers et gendarmes blessés"certains "gravement jeudi en France lors de la 9e journée de mobilisation contre la réforme des retraites. Invité de Cnews, le ministre de l'Intérieur a affirmé en outre qu'il y avait eu "903 feux de mobiliers urbains ou de poubelles" jeudi à Paris lors de la manifestation intersyndicale.
Mobilisation record à Paris avec 800.000 manifestants, selon la CGT Les chiffres des manifestations du 23 mars, des records à Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse... Gérald Darmanin, a dénoncé la violence de "casseurs" issus de "l'extrême gauche", après les violences ayant éclaté en France.
"1.500 casseurs" étaient présents à Paris pour "casser du flic et des bâtiments publics", a dit le ministre de l'Intérieur, qui s'exprimait depuis la préfecture de police de Paris. Beaucoup d'interpellés sont "jeunes", "beaucoup sont connus" comme appartenant à "l'ultra-gauche", a-t-il encore en dénonçant "la bordélisation souhaitée par une partie de l'extrême gauche", qui "ne gagnera pas".
Vers 22h, 140 feux avaient été recensés dans la capitale, dont "une quarantaine" en train d'être éteints, a-t-il ajouté.
