Le promoteur culturel, Mamadou Moustapha Dieng alias Tapha Dabrains, a été nommé lors du dernier Conseil des Ministres, de ce mercredi 29 novembre, "Président du Conseil d'Administration (PCA), du Fonds de Développement des Cultures Urbaines et des Industries Créatives".
Ancien rappeur, ancien membre du Groupe Dabrains, Moustapha Dieng est l'initiateur depuis deux ans du projet "Taru Rap Galsen"(TRG), un évènement qui promeut la musique Hip Hop sénégalaise. La 2ème Édition est prévue au mois de décembre, avec comme pays invité d'honneur la Guinée Conakry.
